Privacy Statement - We do not share your information with anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Payment - We currently only use PayPal. You may use your Visa or Mastercard through PayPal. When you click PayPal, they will walk you through the process. We also accept checks or money orders, but we will not ship your merchandise until the payment clears.

Returns - We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise without question. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Credit will be given upon receipt of the return. And, of course, we will exchange for other merchandise if desired.

Shipping Charges - We pay shipping for UPS ground standard delivery. You will have to pay extra for faster delivery. Cost for special freight will be exactly what we are charged by UPS. We do not add any handling charges. 

Delivery Time - Anything you see is in stock and will ship the following workday after receipt of your order. If you need a ring sized, add 3 workdays. Most special orders can ship in 7-10 days, many times sooner. Feel free to drop us an e-mail (click "contact us") before you place your order, and we will confirm the time frame.
